Biography
| 1983 - 87 | trained as a graphic designer at Cornwall College and Bournemouth College of Art & Design. |
| 1987 - 90 | worked in several top London design companies. |
| 1990 - 93 | moved to Scotland and worked in Edinburgh design companies. |
| 1993 - 2003 | became a freelance graphic designer and worked as a lecturer and latterly Head of Department at Edinburgh College of Art on the Visual Communication degree course. |
| 2000 - 2008 | left Edinburgh and moved to Ceres, Fife to develop my creative glass ideas and to develop my design work and the production techniques of glass works. |
| 2002 - 2006 | lectured in Graphic Design at Elmwood College, Cupar, Fife. |

| 1990 - 93 | Edinburgh Stained Glass House learning the basic production techniques used in stained glass, stained glass painting, fusing and slumping. |
| 2004 | Liquid Glass Centre, Bath, learning more advanced techniques in fusing and slumping, glass blowing and kiln casting. |
